Every year Microsoft live streams many of the keynotes and some sessions from their annual Build 2017 conference to developers that can not be in attendance.

In fact, the vast majority of sessions are recorded and posted to Channel 9 so they are permanently archived for on-demand streaming.

This year with the shift to Seattle, that will not change but you can RSVP now to make sure you get notified as the event is starting and when content is available.

According to the Windows Apps team blog, there will be a lot of content available across these areas:

-- Improvements that help you immediately engage your users with beautiful UI and natural inputs
-- Team collaboration and connectedness to streamline and improve your development experience
-- Services that make it easier to reach customers and learn what they want from your software
-- Connected screens and experiences that make your end-to-end experience stickier and more engaging
-- Mixed reality and creating deeply immersive experiences

By RSVPing at the Build 2017 site you will be able to mark sessions for on-demand viewing later, create your own content collections and share them with others, participate in discussions with other developers about the information you are viewing/learning about, and up-vote the best content and see what sessions are trending.

I do not remember seeing these type of options for past Build conferences so this should prove very handy for those who can not be in attendance.

However, we will be on site covering all the developer related news from Build 2017 so be sure to keep your eye on us at the conference which runs from 10-12 May 2017.
